Another day of late posting, but it was because I had so much fun gambling today at the Sands Casino poker room in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  The poker room is only 12 tables large, and 2-5 No Limit Texas Hold’em with max buy-in 500 is the biggest game in the house.  I loved it anyway because it is only a 35-minute drive from www.PITBOSS.mobi headquarters, and the wagering action is real crazy right now.  Must be because the table games and poker room just opened up on July 18, 2010.  So when you’ve got a chance, go play cards there and make money.

My hand of the day.  There were seven players on a $20 pre-flop bet, making it a $140 total pre-flop pot.  I was the first $20 caller, playing on the dealer button, and stayed in with 10-9 suited clubs.  The flop came in at 8 clubs-6 clubs-5 spades, giving me a gut shot straight draw and a flush draw as well.  It checked all the way to me, where I then decided to semi-bluff bet at $150.  I got one call.  The turn came in at J diamonds, giving me now an open-ended straight draw and a flush draw.  He checked, so I checked because I was still on the draw and I didn’t want to be re-raised.  The river came in as a 7 diamonds, I made my nut straight.  He checked and I made it $300 cold.  With some great Jack Nicholson, I was able to induce a call from the 2-pair holder.  I love the Sands in Bethlehem.  Godspeed.
